To produce some of the best windows, we made a selection of the tool suppliers and invested in skilled teams who work with a precision up to 0,2mm. We continued the tradition of chosing the best tool suppliers: Rapid-Urban, Elumatec, Wegoma, for the manufacture of PVC doors and windows and Lisec, CSM and Szilank for the manufacture of the thermal isolating window.

ADF makes windows, doors and thermal isolating window on a full automatic production line at the highest standards. Over 90% of the operations completed in the production cycle are on latest generation tools, guaranteeing an excellent and constant quality. Each operation within the production flow is carefully observed, giving the opportunity to the client department staff to know at every moment the times and the stages ADF products are in.

ADF has invested in the modernization and extension of the production facilities using the latest generation of technological lines, all assisted by computer. The production output of ADF is over 500 windows per day and the delivery is done within 5 working days, regardless the size of the order. The deliveries are fully made from ADF, the windows and doors include also the thermal isolating window executed in our own production hall.

During each type of production process we have set a quality ensurance system (flow control) capable of answering the high requirements upon our products. For our product to be competitive, quality can be found in the services completing the product.
